Hi i see the site that had previously stored my purchases has now gone and no longer has my serial numbers kept in the account.What i want to do is reactivate my serial numbers for the patent activations from nero 10, 11, 12 & 14 as i'll be reinstalling my windows partitions very soon from xp, vista 7 and 8 (one a laptop)Which is the correct email to send to, customer service or tech support to get them reset? Thanks for the effort Lucky Phil:I already had a request filed with patent.activation & it's not been acted on yet.Nero Firstaidkit is currently pulled from all the sites Google could find.My guess at this point is that when I deactivated Win 10 some of the some of the files are still lurking in that module. That would mean that Nero thinks that I have this box (nero 15) installed on another computer when it's only actually a dead set of files on this computer.
