They're not going to fix this - they want you to buy a Mac. And if you try to uninstall it things get even worse. When I got rid of it, what was left behind had been resorted into folders labeled 'various artists', 'unknown album' and the like.

Half of the files were converted into m4a, which left multiple copies of the files left behind (so much fun for memory usage!). This software isn't useless - it's worse.
